Curt Chambers, RMT grew up in Western Canada and Africa. Before becoming a Registered Massage Therapist, Curt worked with the developmentally delayed for eleven years. Curt completed his training for massage therapy in Vernon, BC, before moving to Kelowna to join the team at Okanagan Health & Performance. Curt utilizes a variety of massage modalities such as NMT, Swedish, muscle energy, positional release, joint play, and others. He customizes treatments for each individual and gives appropriate home care exercises and stretching programs directed for specific results. Curt has worked with a variety of individuals from the elderly to professional and Olympic athletes competing in a number of different sporting fields. Curt is passionate about massage therapy and believes in its usage. He also enjoys rock climbing, both traditional and sport, running, hiking, canoeing, camping and movies.Not all that long ago Curt accomplished his long-term goal, which was to take his passion for his work to Africa to teach massage therapy to help create employment opportunities.

TJ Fix is a Registered Massage Therapist, a member of SportMed BC, and B.C.’s former Provincial Representative on the Canadian Sport Massage Therapy Association’s executive.

TJ’s treatment style is specific and focuses on alignment and connective tissue integration. He works without oils or lotions, incorporating myofascial and neuromuscular techniques.

What should you expect when booking in with TJ? Prepare to move and be involved in your treatments! Wearing shorts and a T-shirt is recommended. This is a clothed treatment as TJ assesses the body with its different systems and their interactions in mind.

Mallory is a graduate of Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy and is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia.

Her unique style of treatment uses gentle techniques to identify trouble areas with subtle, non-aggressive manipulation. With a holistic approach she looks for the root of the issue and treats by focusing on the layers of the body and how they are working together.

Mallory believes the body has an innate desire to repair and heal itself. This can result in compensation when a structure is out of alignment. Mallory supports and guides the body to safely realign. She often focuses on nerve and blood supply, addressing symptoms of tingling, numbness or weakness. She has worked with clients of all ages, generally clients with chronic conditions who have tried many forms of treatment without success.

Kristen McKellar, RMT was born and raised in the Okanagan. She graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in Vernon, BC in 2014, where she was awarded the Leadership award, as well as the Practical Massage Technique award. Working without oil, she uses techniques such as; alignment of the skeletal system, myofascial release, scar tissue release, trigger point therapy, sports massage, injury prevention, rehabilitation, visceral manipulation and postural therapy. She has always been passionate about helping others, and previously worked as a Primary Care Paramedic where she developed a love for anatomy. She was drawn to massage as it was a natural bridge of her interests, as well as allowed her to provide a whole-body approach to wellness.
