Curt Chambers, RMT grew up in Western Canada and Africa. Before becoming a Registered Massage Therapist, Curt worked with the developmentally delayed for eleven years. Curt completed his training for massage therapy in Vernon, BC, before moving to Kelowna to join the team at Okanagan Health & Performance. Curt utilizes a variety of massage modalities such as NMT, Swedish, muscle energy, positional release, joint play, and others. He customizes treatments for each individual and gives appropriate home care exercises and stretching programs directed for specific results. Curt has worked with a variety of individuals from the elderly to professional and Olympic athletes competing in a number of different sporting fields. Curt is passionate about massage therapy and believes in its usage. Kristen McKellar, RMT was born and raised in the Okanagan. She graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in Vernon, BC in 2014, where she was awarded the Leadership award, as well as the Practical Massage Technique award.
Working without oil, she uses techniques such as; alignment of the skeletal system, myofascial release, scar tissue release, trigger point therapy, sports massage, injury prevention, rehabilitation, visceral manipulation and postural therapy.
