Laurie Ellis RMT
Laurie has experience in navigating the outdoors, including previous involvement in a variety of sports, and as a past member of Central Okanagan Search & Rescue (COSAR) and Civil Air Search & Rescue Association (CASARA).
In treatment, Laurie uses techniques such as neuromuscular therapy, joint play, myofascial release and muscle energy. Laurie’s goal is to work with her clients to restore pain-free functional mobility, incorporating stretching, strengthening and mobility exercises. She is interested in furthering her education in concussion, lymph drainage and instrument-assisted techniques.
In her free time, Laurie enjoys being in the fresh Okanagan air, time with family, travelling and reading.

Hannah Mercer RMT
Hannah Mercer, RMT is a graduate of the 2-year Registered Massage Therapy program at Vancouver Career College in Kelowna. She has always been passionate about helping others, and previously worked as a Primary Care Paramedic where she developed a love for anatomy. She was drawn to massage as it was a natural bridge of her interests, as well as allowed her to provide a whole-body approach to wellness. Hannah is a dedicated healthcare provider; her goal is to help her client’s achieve optimal health through improved function.
Hannah works at a therapeutic level that understands that every person requires a unique treatment method focused on their specific needs to enable a full recovery. Therapy interventions may include: postural and palpation assessment, myofascial release, muscle manipulation, joint mobilization and deep techniques in combination with an osteopathic approach to integrate the functioning of the body as a whole.

Mallory Newmarch (Froese) RMT
Mallory is a graduate of Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy and has been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2018.
Her treatments emphasize Craniosacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation, complemented by gentle Myofascial Release and Swedish Massage.
She works with clients of all ages and stages of life, offering a gentle and intuitive approach to care.

Kristen McKellar , RMT
Kristen McKellar, RMT was born and raised in the Okanagan. She graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in Vernon, BC in 2014, where she was awarded the Leadership award, as well as the Practical Massage Technique award. Working without oil, she uses techniques such as; alignment of the skeletal system, myofascial release, scar tissue release, trigger point therapy, sports massage, injury prevention, rehabilitation, visceral manipulation and postural therapy. She works directly with clients to help regain optimal core function through pilates-style homecare techniques. Her approach is result-focused and tailored to the needs of each individual. When not assisting clients with their goals, Kristen may be found outdoors and staying active through cycling, climbing, hiking, skiing and enjoying nature in the Okanagan. Curt Chambers, RMT grew up in Western Canada and Africa. Before becoming a Registered Massage Therapist, Curt worked with the developmentally delayed for eleven years. Curt completed his training for massage therapy in Vernon, BC, before moving to Kelowna to join the team at Okanagan Health & Performance. Curt utilizes a variety of massage modalities such as NMT, Swedish, muscle energy, positional release, joint play, and others. He customizes treatments for each individual and gives appropriate home care exercises and stretching programs directed for specific results. Curt has worked with a variety of individuals from the elderly to professional and Olympic athletes competing in a number of different sporting fields. Curt is passionate about massage therapy and believes in its usage. Beyond his work in the golf community, TJ aspires to work with anyone who takes interest in moving better. This takes shape in the workforce, home-life, and on every stage of the sporting world.
TJ’s treatment style is specific and focuses on alignment and connective tissue integration. He works WITHOUT oils or lotions, incorporating myofascial and neuromuscular techniques.
Prepare to move and be involved in your treatments! Wearing shorts and a T-shirt is recommended. This is a CLOTHED treatment as TJ assesses the body with its different systems and their interactions in mind.
